As a result, many individuals, including myself, have found themselves caught in the whirlwind of this fast-paced lifestyle.

    My initial experience with yoga mirrored this hurried way of living. I approached my practice with a need for speed, aiming to power through poses and sequences as quickly as possible. I believed that the faster I moved, the more effective my practice would be. However, I soon realized that this approach was not only physically taxing but also mentally draining.
