Before embarking on this journey, I held preconceived notions about meditation being solely a seated practice, and I doubted its effectiveness in a dynamic outdoor setting.

    My skepticism was not unfounded, as many individuals share similar views. According to a CDC report from 2018, there has been a significant increase in the number of people practicing meditation, indicating a growing interest in mindfulness practices. However, there is still skepticism surrounding the effectiveness of meditation, especially when it comes to integrating it with outdoor activities like hiking.

    Despite my initial doubts, everything changed during one particular hike. It was a crisp morning, and as I immersed myself in the natural surroundings, something shifted within me. The rhythmic sound of my footsteps and the gentle rustle of leaves created a tranquil symphony that captivated my senses.
